Hand Sanitizer Production: KFI AM 640 with Tim Conway Jr.
Chris Van Dusen from Surf City Still Works joined Tim Conway Jr. on KFI AM 640 radio April 3 to discuss how we have temporarily converted our facilities to produce much needed hand sanitizer for first responders, volunteers, hospitals and the community at large during this time.
Chris explains that distilleries are uniquely prepared to step in. He says, “We are able to take our high-proof alcohol [non-consumable] and add in other ingredients, which makes it now an FDA World Health Organization Approved hand sanitizer.”
