IT HASN’T BEEN EASY,
BUT WE’RE HAVING SO MUCH FUN
Our road to where we are today is paved with excitement, learning as we go, hurrying up and waiting, triumphs, and more than a few hurdles. Despite the actual blood, sweat & tears, we are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and wouldn’t have it any other way. We are the first distillery to operate in Huntington Beach, and the third in Orange County, CA.

THE IDEA WAS BORN
While on vacation we came across a local craft distillery selling cocktails at a downtown craft fair. We were inspired by their connection to their hometown and how they produced their spirits to represent the beautiful town they lived in.

THE PERFECT SPACE FOUND
A couple years later, we decided to take the plunge and took over the space that was occupied by Brew Bakers for more than 20 years. The timing was perfect and we couldn’t believe it. We thought we could ride the current CUP that was in place, but as luck (or lack thereof) would have it, the City required us to apply for a new one.

THE BLANK CANVAS
Let the fun begin! We started with a blank canvas and went to town. We had plumbing, electrical, concrete & painting done in a matter of months. We are so thankful for such a supportive family who helped along the way.

ABC LICENSE APPROVED
Who knew that such a common notice poster could cause such excitement! After it was posted for 30 days we received our official license.

STILL SETUP
With construction almost complete it was time to setup our still. It was so exciting to see it all come together. Local piping company So-Cal Fab & Supply Co helped us out with the final pipe fittings which brought everything together. A big thank you to John & Blake!!

BARRELS!
Aren’t they beautiful?? We were so excited to receive our 5 & 10 gallon barrels because it meant that it was only a matter of time before we would be able to share the aging process with…you! TASTING ROOM SOFT OPENING
Our first tasting room cocktail menu was developed by the incredibly kind and talented Mixologist, Ben Carpenter. We were so new to the craft cocktail industry and would not have been able to pull this off without Ben’s help.
We also received an unexpected and amazing level of support from our friends, family, excited locals & our Huntington Beach Chamber members.
