This exclusive, small batch spirit is a twist on our classic Pierside Bourbon Whiskey. We added a touch of honey to our trusted blend of corn, rye and barley to give Pierside Honey Whiskey a slightly sweet character.
“We knew that we wanted to introduce honey to the recipe without detracting from the flavor and smoothness of our already delicious Pierside Bourbon. We experimented with different ingredient ratios until we found the perfect blend,” says Surf City Still Works Co-Founder Josh Kornoff.

Honey Whiskey Sour
INGREDIENTS:
2oz Pierside Honey Whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Aquafaba or egg whites
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a Boston cocktail shaker
Fill halfway with ice
Shake it like you mean it
Strain into a glass (without ice)
Discard ice from shaker
Pour liquid back into shaker and give it another “dry shake” (i.e. without ice)
Pour directly into a rocks glass filled with ice Garnish to perfection & enjoy!
