SCSW EGGNOG CRAFT COCKTAIL RECIPE

December is National Eggnog Month. You in?


INGREDIENTS:

2 oz SCSW Surfrider Rum

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.75 oz half and half (or cream)

1 egg

Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg


PREPARATION:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice very well.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Sip and smile.
