SCSW LUMBERJACK BREAKFAST CRAFT COCKTAIL RECIPE


Anybody need a pick-me-up? We have just the thing for you - a DIY Surf City cocktail! Meet our Lumberjack Breakfast, made with our Pierside Bourbon and a classy breakfast twist. Recipe below!⠀


Ingredients:⠀

1.5 oz Pierside Bourbon

0.5 oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar ⠀

0.5 oz Maple Syrup⠀

0.75 oz Lemon⠀

1 Egg White⠀


Preparation:⠀

Add all ingredients to shaker. ⠀

Shake for 20 seconds without ice. ⠀

Add ice to shaker and shake for an additional 20 seconds. ⠀

Strain over fresh ice. ⠀

Garnish with a mini pancake, 1/2 bacon strip and sunny side up quail egg.⠀
