SCSW PAKA'A PUNCH CRAFT COCKTAIL RECIPE


We have the PERFECT boost to your Saturday: a DIY Surf City cocktail! Meet our Paka'a Punch, made with our Surfrider Rum, cinnamon infused Campari, grapefruit, pineapple and our very own SCSW Moroccan orange bitters. Recipe below!


Ingredients:

1.5 oz Surf City Still Works Surfrider Rum

1 oz Aged Rum

0.5 oz Cinnamon infused Campari

0.5 oz Grapefruit

0.75 oz Lime

0.5 oz Pineapple

0.5 oz Orgeat


Preparation:

Add all ingredients to shaker with 1-2 ice cubes.

Shake until ice dissolves.

Strain into tiki mug and fill with crushed ice.

Garnish with a bushel of mint. Enjoy!
