For Martini/Coupe glasses (served straight up):
Fill your glass with cotton candy
Combine California Gin & Rosé Champagne in a mixing glass (add ice)
Lightly stir with a bar spoon, just enough to mix and chill
(have everyone get their cameras ready before the next step!)
Using a strainer, pour the liquid over the cotton candy filled glass and watch the magic happen!
For Rocks glasses (served on the rocks):
Fill your rocks glass with half ice and then stack the cotton candy on top
Combine California Gin & Rosé Champagne in a separate glass to combine (lightly stir, if needed)
(have everyone get their cameras ready before the next step!)
Pour the liquid over the cotton candy filled glass and watch the magic happen!
