Measure honey in a 1 c glass measuring cup (use slightly more than 0.5 c honey).
Pour boiling water (slightly less than 0.5 c) into the honey and stir until both honey & water are fully combined.
Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
